We all have a responsibility to help.
Our unique housing model is committed to providing safe, affordable housing for these vulnerable women.

Our Mission:
To provide 5,000 homes to 5,000 women in need, over 5 years
These marginalised women, must not be forgotten. Safe, secure, affordable comfortable housing in small newly built homes offering one, two or three-bedroom options, are about to be released to the market.
Covering the South East Qld wider region, and in time, scaling to include the whole of Queensland.
Rental or Ownership
Rental properties will be offered initially. Opportunity to own, or participate in shared equity, are options we will consider. Tell us how you would prefer to live – in perpetuity.

When you make an enquiry, somebody will be in touch to find out your needs, and what you can afford. We will assess your situation and talk through your options.

In the SEQ region – with the first 60 in the Southern Downs Regional Council area. Land is sought in all areas the need exists.
Up to 60, with a mix of social & affordable, and a mix of women over 50, women with young children, and women working in aged care
It is important that we are able to plan ahead, so register your interest, tell us your circumstances, housing preferences. You will be invited to participate in a more expansive assessment of your needs.
If your housing needs are urgent, we recommend you do so. But still register with us. We work with Community Housing Providers and Housing Hubs, who may be able to provide you with immediate support, while we seek to assist with your housing needs.
